Abstract
En un procedimiento para el control de la temperatura de acero del nivel de colada de una coquilla de colada continua o de cuerda a traves de la zona de toda la metalurgia secundaria (4), con una etapa de proceso (4.1) determinante de la temperatura final, tal como un horno de caldero hasta la salida del horno (5) de un proceso de produccion de acero, se controla la temperatura de acero en el nivel de colada Por TML=Tli+X°C(X=5-15°C), y observando lo anterior se mantiene un salto de temperatura (9) entre el nivel de colada en la coquilla (1) y un distribuidor (3) en dependencia de la velocidad de colada (6) para un formato de cuerda predeterminado, se captan la historia del caldero (7) en referencia a las partes de tiempo como caldero lleno, caldero vacio y al estado del caldero, tal como revestimiento de caldero, edad de caldero, asi como tambien a un salto de la temperatura del acero entre el distribuidor (3) y la ultima temperatura del horno de caldero (LF-ex).
