Abstract
Un sistema y un metodo para producir fluoruro de 18F, utilizando un rayo protonico para irradiar oxigeno 18 en forma gaseosa. El oxigeno 18 irradiado esta contenido en una camara que incluye por lo menos un componente al que se adhiere el fluoruro de 18F producido. Un solvente disuelve el fluoruro de 18F producido, del al menos un componente, mientras se encuentra en la camara. Luego se procesa el solvente para obtener el fluoruro de 18F.
