Abstract

Se describe un sistema para la autenticacion segura y el manejo de instrumentos o documentos de crédito registrados que comprende un documento personalizado (10) provisto con un microprocesador para almacenar un codigo de identificacion CIP del portador e informacion en cuanto a las características biométricas del mismo medios para la produccion del documento (10) al portador medios para expedir instrumentos (12) o documentos de crédito registrados medios para validar los instrumentos de crédito (12) todos los medios se proveen con un dispositivo para adquirir por lo menos una característica biométrica del portador los instrumentos de crédito (12) comprenden por lo menos un codigo de seguridad generado de manera unívoca mediante el uso del codigo de identificacion personal (CIP) como una clave criptográfica, la informacion está asociada con una expresion matemática de los datos de la huella digital de por lo menos un dedo del portador del documento (10); el reconocimiento para la expedicion del instrumento (12) de crédito y la validacion se obtiene al comparar la informacion obtenida mediante la lectura directa del dedo del portador y la aplicacion de la expresion matemática con la almacenada en el documento (10).
