Abstract

Un compuesto de formula (I), o una sal del mismo o un solvato del mismo, en el que: Ar representa arilo substituido o insubstituido, en el que los substituyentes opcionales se seleccionan de alquilo, hidroxi o alcoxi o, si están unidos aátomos de carbono adyacentes, cualesquiera dos substituyentes junto con losátomos de carbono a los cuales están unidos pueden formar un anillo heterocíclico fusionado de cinco a seis átomos en el que uno, dos o tres de dichos átomos son oxígeno o nitrogeno; A representa un grupo n-alquileno de C1-4 en el que cada carbono es opcionalmente substituido por uno o dos grupos alquilo de C1-6; R1 representa hidrogeno, alquilo, alquelino o cicloalquilo; uno o dos del grupo de R2, R3 y R4 representan nitro y los miembros restantes del grupo de R2 R3 y R4 representan hidrogeno; X representa una porcion -CO-NH-: y Z representa un grupo n-alquileno de C2-4 en el que cada carbono es opcionalmente substituido por uno o dos grupos alquilo de C1-6; un procedimiento para preparar tales compuestos, composiciones farmacéuticas que consisten de tales compuestos y el uso de tales compuestos en medicina.
