Abstract

Un medio de registro optico capaz de registrar y/o reproducir una informacion usando un rayo láser, que comprende; una capa de soporte que tiene una porcion de registro de señal de informacion sobre una superficie lateral del mismo en donde es incidente el rayo láser, y una capa transparente colocada por encima de la capa de soporte que tiene un espesor más pequeño que aquel de la capa de soporte. De conformidad con la presente invencion, se proporciona además un método de produccion para discos opticos o magneto-opticos mediante lo cual puede lograrse una reproduccion de gran densidad.
