Abstract

De acuerdo con esta invencion, se proporciona un generador de niebla de aceite en el cual la niebla es producida en un primer tanque (llamado cámara de generacion) que contiene aceite, la niebla sale del generador en cuestion, ingresa al equipo a lubricar o preservar, sale de éste e ingresa a un segundo tanque (llamado cámara de desmistificacion) mediante el uso de un eyector. En dicha cámara se logra la separacion del aire del aceite (desmistificacion) mediante el uso de un filtro coalescente. El aire, una vez limpio, es regresado a la atmosfera y el aceite condensado es introducido en la cámara de generacion por alguno de los métodos siguientes: a) mediante la existencia de una presion más elevada en el tanque de desmistificacion que en el tanque de generacion. b) mediante el uso de una bomba neumática. c) mediante la introduccion directa de los condensados de aceite en el filtro a la cámara de generacion. El nivel de aceite en la cámara de generacion se logra, cuando se requiere, mediante el uso de un flotador que tiene una válvula que se cierra cuando el nivel de aceite llega a su máximo, deteniendo el paso de aceite y se abre cuando dicho nivel disminuye permitiendo así el paso del aceite.
