Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a la redireccion de llamadas desde un destino primario ocupado hasta un destino secundario de un abonado de la redireccion del destino alternativo (ADR) de la salida conmutada, que es efectuada en la ausencia de una informacion del estado de la línea de terminacion suficiente en la forma de indicaciones de ocupado y de estado de libertad que son provistas al conmutador de origen, lo cual provee la capacidad de la característica de servicio de ADR. El conmutador de origen infiere que el destino primario está ocupado y redirige la llamada al destino secundario de acuerdo con esto, si el tiempo que pasa desde el inicio de la llamada es mayor que un intervalo predeterminado en el cual la llamada no ha sido contestada.
