Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a purificación de agua de desecho por activación biológica en donde el agua de desecho se purifica biológicamente en un proceso de activación, en el curso del cual ocurrió una nitrificación. La mezcla de activación se lleva al circuito de circulación con un carácter de flujo tapón, mientras que el agua purificada se retira del circuito y la mezcla de activación se agrega con el agua de desecho, después de que el agua purificada se retira, con lo que se provoca una carencia de oxígeno en la superficie de las partículas del fango activado, logrando procesos de desnitrificación. La mezcla resultante se área, lo que mantiene el fango activado en suspensión y durante el flujo tapón provoca una saturación de oxígeno gradual. El aparato comprende siempre dos espacios separados (4) dispuestos adyacentes entre sí por sus lados longitudinales, en donde conexiones de comunicación con el espacio de activación se forman y el canal de distribución longitudinal (5) formado entre las paredes longitudinales, se cierra completamente por una pared de extremo en un lado mientras que en el lado opuesto se dispone un pasaje mediante el cual se conecta con un sistema de canales de flujo (9, 7). La presente invención se refiere a un método para purificación de agua de desecho por activación biológica, en donde el agua de desecho se purifica en un proceso de activación, durante lo cual ocurre una nitrificación. La presente invención también se refiere a un aparato para la realización de ese método, que comprende en un tanque común, un espacio de activación y espacios de separación longitudinal que se extienden hacia arriba, de los cuales las salidas por agua purificada se conducen hacia afuera, en donde cada espacio de separación se define por las divisiones y los frentes y comunica con el espacio de activación en un lado longitudinal.
