Abstract

La invención desvela un proceso electrolítico de inyección en paralelo, en el que un electrolito después de haber sido presurizado se inyecta en paralelo, desde una posición en la parte inferior y próxima a una superficie de un cátodo, a una velocidad de 0,5 a 2,5 m/s en un espacio entre el cátodo y un ánodo. Durante el proceso de producción, el electrolito presurizado se inyecta en paralelo a lo largo de la superficie del cátodo y el electrolito fluye desde la parte inferior a la superior en el lado del cátodo y se mueve simultáneamente desde la parte superior a la inferior en el lado del ánodo, lo que consigue de ese modo una función de cortina lateral sobre el cátodo y el ánodo, formando una circulación interior entre el cátodo y el ánodo, rellenando de Cu2+ el cátodo, acelerando la velocidad de difusión del Cu2+ en el ánodo, y eliminando la polarización de concentración; y, al mismo tiempo, el flujo de cortina lateral del electrolito desde la parte superior a la inferior en el ánodo es capaz de incrementar grandemente la velocidad de deposición del lodo del ánodo y evitar su adhesión al ánodo para formar una capa de lodo del ánodo, evitando de ese modo la pasivación del ánodo. La invención proporciona también un dispositivo electrolítico de inyección en paralelo.
