Abstract

En una línea de recocido continuo para láminas de acero que comprende una zona de calentamiento, una zona de mantenimiento de temperatura y una zona de enfriamiento, dos o más dispositivos de calentamiento por inducción están dispuestos en serie en una parte media delantera de la zona de calentamiento, y una región de interrupción de calentamiento de 1~30 m de longitud o una región de calentamiento lento que tiene una velocidad de calentamiento de más de 0 °C/s pero no más de 10 °C/s se proporciona en una zona de temperatura en la que la temperatura de la lámina de acero entre dos o más dispositivos de calentamiento por inducción es de 250 °C a 600 °C. Incluso si la lámina de acero se calienta rápidamente a una velocidad de calentamiento de no menos de 50 °C/s con tal aparato de calentamiento rápido de la zona de calentamiento, la distribución de temperatura en la lámina de acero es uniformizada para realizar la mejora de la calidad de la forma de la lámina de acero o de las propiedades magnéticas y así sucesivamente.
