Abstract

La invención se refiere a los compuestos que están caracterizados por poseer al menos cuatro ciclos (A-C y anillo de fenileno). Tales compuestos modulan el receptor del péptido 1 similar al glucagón (GLP-1) y tienen un uso terapéutico que incluye trastornos tales como diabetes, obesidad y apetito excesivo.
