Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para purificar un anticuerpo monoclonal o fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo de una solución, dicho método está caracterizado porque comprende; (a) una primera etapa de cromatografía que comprende: pasar dicha solución sobre una primera columna de cromatografía de afinidad de Proteína A; y eluir un eluyente de proteína cruda de la primera columna de cromatografía usando un primer amortiguador de elución; y (b) una segunda etapa de cromatografía que comprende; pasar el eluyente de proteína cruda obteniendo al final de la etapa (a) sobre una segunda columna de cromatografía; y recuperar el anticuerpo monoclonal o fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo purificado de la segunda columna de cromatografía usando un segundo amortiguador de elución, en donde cada uno de los amortiguadores comprende Bis Tris, ácido acético, cloruro de sodio (NaCI), agua.
