Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la modificación de lípidos en un material vegetal que contiene lípidos tal como salvado de cereal para la generación de lípidos funcionales. La presente invención se refiere además a la preparación de composiciones que comprenden estos lípidos funcionales, así como también el uso de estas composiciones que comprenden lípidos funcionales y otros compuestos funcionales derivados de la acción de enzimas modificadoras de lípidos para la preparación de la composición adecuada para la preparación de bioetanol así como también productos alimenticios, tal como pan.
