Se describe un método y un dispositivo de alarma que conciernen al campo técnico de Internet; el método incluye: adquirir un video de vigilancia; detectar si el video de vigilancia contiene un objetivo móvil; cuando el video de vigilancia contiene el objetivo móvil, se juzga si el objetivo móvil es un objeto específico o no; y cuando el objetivo móvil es el objeto específico, se prohíbe enviar información de alarma a una terminal.
