Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una bomba de masa fundida para la generación de presión con el fin de forzar plástico fundido a través de una herramienta, comprendiendo un compresor (406) con dos tornillos sinfín de transporte (408, 408´) dispuestos en una carcasa, un engranaje (405) por medio del cual se pueden accionar los tornillos sinfín de transporte (408, 408´) de manera sincronizada y comprendiendo un accionamiento (404), el engranaje (405) siendo dispuesto entre el accionamiento (404) y el compresor (406), previéndose en el engranaje (405) un árbol receptor (416, 416´) propio para cada tornillo sinfín de transporte (408, 408´) y el tornillo sinfín de transporte (408, 408´) siendo conectado con el árbol motor (416, 416´) correspondiente por medio de un acoplamiento (414, 414´). Se logra la creación de una bomba de masa fundida en la cual se puede ajustar de manera sencilla a discreción la distancia entre tornillos entre los dos tornillos sinfín de transporte se logra porque el acoplamiento (414, 414´) comprende una corona dentada de toma de fuerza (418, 418´) prevista en el árbol receptor (416, 416´) , una corona dentada motor (419, 419´) prevista en el tornillo sinfín de transporte (408, 408´) y un manguito de acoplamiento (421, 421´) que engancha la corona dentada de toma de fuerza (418, 418´) y la corona dentada motor (419, 419´), y porque la corona dentada motor (419, 419´) y la corona dentada de toma de fuerza (418, 418´) tienen un número diferente de dientes.
