Abstract

La presente invención se dirige a una nueva clase de lípidos, más específicamente éter-lípidos que tienen un grupo principal polar, así como también vesículas que comprenden estos lípidos, métodos para su preparación así como también sus usos en aplicaciones médicas, en donde los éter-lípidos son representados por la fórmula (I) en donde Y representa O, N, S o un enlace covalente; P1 representa H, un grupo protector de Y o un grupo activador de Y o un grupo separador; P2, P3 representan independientemente entre sí H, un grupo protector de amino o un grupo separador, o P2 y P3 forman junto con el átomo de N al cual están unidos una estructura de anillo; L es un grupo de la fórmula (a) en donde la línea discontinua representa el vínculo a N; R1 representa H o un grupo de la fórmula -(CH2)2-ORb1; R1 representa H o un grupo de la fórmula -(CH2)2-ORb2, R2 representa H o un grupo de la fórmula -CH2-ORc; R2 representa H o un grupo de la fórmula -ORd o -CH2-ORc,´ R2 representa H o un grupo de la fórmula -(CH2)2-ORe o -(CH2)3-ORe; Ra, Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Re representan independientemente entre sí una cadena de hidrocarburo recta o ramificada, saturada o insaturada y m es 1, 2 o 3; con la condición de que por lo menos uno de R1, R1', R2, R2', R3 no sea H.
