Abstract
La presente tecnología se refiere a un dispositivo de reproducción, un método de reproducción y un medio de grabación configurados para desplegar un contenido que tiene un margen dinámico de brillo amplio con brillo adecuado. Un dispositivo de reproducción de acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente tecnología lee los segundos datos codificados desde un medio de grabación que graba los segundos datos codificados entre los primeros datos codificados de un video estándar el cual es un video en un primer margen de brillo y los segundos datos codificados de un video extendido el cual es un video en un segundo margen de brillo, realiza comunicación con un dispositivo de visualización capaz de desplegar el video extendido, por lo que adquiere información de identificación del dispositivo de visualización, adquiere los datos de ajuste de brillo de acuerdo con una especificación del dispositivo de visualización utilizado para ajustar el brillo del video extendido con base en la información de identificación del dispositivo de visualización, ajusta el brillo del video extendido obtenido al descodificar los segundos datos codificados con base en los datos de ajuste de brillo, y producen los datos junto con la información de característica del brillo que representa una característica de brillo del video extendido en el dispositivo de visualización. Se puede aplicar la presente tecnología a un contenido de reproducción del reproductor.
