Abstract

La divulgación se refiere a un método para controlar una solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente, equipo de usuario y una estación base; el método incluye: adquirir, a través del equipo de usuario UE, información de control, donde la información de control es utilizada para ordenar que se reduzca una cantidad de veces de procesamiento de una solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente, y la solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente es una solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente que es implementada enviando una solicitud de programación SR o una solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente que es implementada por medio de un proceso de acceso aleatorio; y controlar, a través del UE de acuerdo con la información de control, un procedimiento de procesamiento de solicitud de recursos de otorgamiento de enlace ascendente; por lo tanto, esto resuelve problemas de activación frecuente del UE y el alto consumo de energía del UE que son provocados por el disparo frecuente de una SR, o el envío frecuente de una SR, o el acceso aleatorio frecuente, y de manera efectiva reduce el consumo de energía del UE.
