Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una célula de Trichoderma, caracterizada porque comprende por lo menos tres proteasas endógenas que tienen actividad reducida o eliminada, y un polinucleótido recombinante que codifica un polipéptido heterólogo, en donde la célula de Trichoderma tiene actividad reducida o eliminada en por lo menos la proteasa gap1 de SEQ ID NO: 118 y por lo menos 2 proteasas adicionales seleccionadas de la lista de pep2 de SEQ ID NO: 182, pep3 de SEQ ID NO: 17, pep4 de SEQ ID NO: 37, pep5 de SEQ ID NO: 58, pep8 de SEQ ID NO: 507, pep11 de SEQ ID NO: 522, pep12 de SEQ ID NO: 530, tsp1 de SEQ ID NO: 66, slp1 de SEQ ID NO: 82 slp2 de SEQ ID NO: 98, slp3 de SEQ ID NO: 166 SLP7 DE : 231, pep1 de SEQ ID NO: 1 y gap2 de SEQ ID NO: 129 y en donde la actividad total de la proteasa de la célula de Trichoderma se reduce a 49% o menos, de la actividad total de la proteasa de la célula de Trichoderma parental correspondiente en la que dichas proteasas no tienen la actividad reducida.
