Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un compuesto de la fórmula I,en donde cada X representa independientemente una cadena de polímero, p representa un entero de 1 a 6; Y representa un grupo amida; y Z representa ya sea -CH.(CH2L)2 o -C(CH2LX=CH2), en donde cada L representa independientemente un grupo de partida. Los compuestos son reactivos útiles para la conjugación de polímeros para proteínas, siendo novedosos los conjugados resultantes y formando también parte de la presente invención.
