Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para reducir un nivel de picos ácidos de un anticuerpo deseado mientras el anticuerpo se prepara al cultivar una célula animal que produce el anticuerpo, en donde la célula animal es una célula que tiene tal carácter que la productividad del anticuerpo deseado por célula no se eleva o decae a una temperatura más baja que una temperatura de cultivo norma y en donde el cultivo se realiza a la temperatura de cultivo normal por un cierto periodo y después el cultivo se continúa a una temperatura de cultivo reducida a 25-35°C.
