Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una proteína de fusión compuesta de una enzima que tiene la actividad de degradar la pared celular de las bacterias Gram-negativas y/o bacterias Gram-positivas y al menos dos alargamientos de péptidos fusionados a la enzima en el N-o C-Terminal, caracterizada porque los alargamientos de péptido tienen una longitud de 5 a 50 residuos de aminoácidos y en donde los alargamientos de péptido son un péptido policatiónico y un péptido antimicrobiano; y en donde la enzima exhibe una secuencia de aminoácido que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de las SEC ID NOS: 1ª 18, en donde al menos 70% de los residuos de aminoácido del péptido policatiónico son residuos de aminoácido positivamente cargados, en particular de lisina y/o arginina, y en donde el péptido antimicrobiano exhibe una secuencia de aminoácido que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de la SEC ID Nos: 44 a 63 y 78 a 98.
