Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una celulasa de la familia 5 modificada que comprende una substitución de un aminoácido en la posición 363 con una alanina, serina o treonina no nativa, dicha posición determinada a partir de alineación de la celulasa de la Familia 5 modificada con los aminoácidos 71-397 de una secuencia de aminoácidos Ce15A de Trichoderma reesei como se establece en SEQ ID NO:1 y mezclas de enzimas que comprenden la misma. Se proporciona adicionalmente un constructo genético que comprende una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica la celulasa de Familia 5 modificada y un microbio genéticamente modificado que comprende el constructo genético. La invención también proporciona un proceso para producir la celulasa de Familia 5 modificada.
