Abstract
Una composición retardante de flama libre de halógeno que comprende poliuretano termoplástico, un copolímero de bloque de olefina, compatibilizador de polímero de olefina que contiene carbonilo, y un paquete retardante de flama que comprende bisfenol-A bis(difenil fosfato) y/o resorcinol bis(difenil fosfato), un retardante de flama libre de halógeno basado en nitrógeno/fósforo, y novolac epoxidado. La composición que no solamente será procesada fácilmente para hacer un forro de cable o alambre sino que también pasará tanto la prueba de retardo de flama VW-1 como la prueba de deformación por calor UL1581 a una temperatura de 150°C exhibe buenas propiedades de tensión y flexibilidad.
