Abstract

Las modalidades de la presente invención se refieren a espumas de poliuretano teniendo alto flujo de aire, mientras que mantienen propiedades viscoelásticas. En una modalidad, se proporciona un sistema de reacción para preparación de una espuma de poliuretano viscoelástica. El sistema de reacción comprende (a) un componente de poliisocianto y (b) un componente reactivo de isocianato. El componente reactivo de isocianato comprende (i) desde 35 hasta 74% en peso del componente reactivo de isocianato de uno o más polioles ricos en óxido de propileno (PO-ricos) teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 200 hasta 500, (ii) desde 24 hasta 50% en peso del componente reactivo de isocianato de uno o más polioles ricos en óxido de etileno (EO-ricos) teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 200 hasta 2,800, y (iii) desde 2 hasta 10% en peso del componente reactivo de isocianato de uno o más poliéteres ricos en óxido de butileno (BO-ricos) teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número de 2,000 o más.
