本发明一方面提供了一种用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,所述组合物包含第一聚醚多元醇b1)、第二聚醚多元醇b2)、第三聚醚多元醇b3)和表面活性剂b6)。本发明另一方面提供了由上述多元醇组合物制备的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,所述粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的落球回弹率小于15%,根据GB/T6670-2008方法进行测试。
背景技术
粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫是指主要由泡孔的经络骨架构成,没有或只有少量的泡孔壁膜的聚氨酯泡沫,这类聚氨酯泡沫具有高透气性、较大的泡孔尺寸,同时还具有粘弹性,因此其广泛应用于家具,例如沙发、床垫、枕头、地垫,服装以及过滤器、工业包装等领域。
粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫通常通过分两步制备,首先制备聚氨酯泡沫,然后对制备得到的聚氨酯泡沫进行网化处理。网化处理步骤通常通过化学腐蚀法、***法等工艺进行,例如CN104059244A公开了一种高晶分子慢回弹聚氨酯生产工艺,该工艺通过先制备粘弹性聚氨酯泡沫,然后再通过***的方式来处理得到慢回弹聚氨酯。
发明概述
本发明一方面提供了一种用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物包含:
b1)第一聚醚多元醇,所述第一聚醚多元醇为基于氧化丙烯的聚醚多元醇,所述第一聚醚多元醇官能度为2.6-3.2,羟值为120-400mgKOH/g,含量为10-70wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计;
b2)第二聚醚多元醇,所述第二聚醚多元醇含有0-20wt.%的氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第二聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,所述第二聚醚多元醇的官能度为1.8-3.2,羟值为45-115mgKOH/g;
b3)第三聚醚多元醇,所述第三聚醚多元醇含有50-100wt.%氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第三聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,所述第三聚醚多元醇的官能度为2-8,羟值为20-240mgKOH/g;和
b6)表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂的含量为0.01-0.50wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述第二聚醚多元醇b2)的含量为5-60wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。

A)异氰酸酯组分,所述异氰酸酯组分包含二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
B)异氰酸酯反应组分,所述异氰酸酯反应组分包含上述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述异氰酸酯组分还包含甲苯二异氰酸酯。
在本发明另一些实施例中,所述粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的落球回弹率小于15%,根据GB/T6670-2008方法进行测试。
本发明又一方面提供了一种粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,所述方法包括使包含以下组分反应的步骤:
A)异氰酸酯组分,所述异氰酸酯组分包含二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
B)异氰酸酯反应组分,所述异氰酸酯反应组分包含上述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述异氰酸酯组分还包含甲苯二异氰酸酯。
在本发明另一些实施例中,所述方法不包括化学腐蚀或***处理的步骤。
具体实施方式
I.用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物
本发明一方面提供了一种用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,所述多元醇组合物无需网化处理,可以直接制备出具有合适泡孔孔径、高透气性的聚氨酯网状泡沫,并且所述聚氨酯网状泡沫具有良好的粘弹性。
当用于本发明时,除非另外指明,有机多元醇的官能度、羟值均是指平均官能度和平均羟值。本领域技术人员熟知羟值的测量方法,例如在Houben Weyl,Methoden der Organischen Chemie,vol.XIV/2Makromolekulare Stoffe,p.17,Georg Thieme Verlag;Stuttgart 1963中所公开的。将该文献的全部内容以引用的方式合并入本文中。
当用于本发明时,聚醚多元醇具有本领域技术人员公知的含义,其可以通过已知的工艺过程制备,例如,在催化剂存在下,由烯烃氧化物与起始剂反应制得。所述的催化剂,优选但不限于碱性氢氧化物、碱性醇盐、五氯化锑、氟化硼合***、或它们的混合物。所述的烯烃氧化物,优选但不限于四氢呋喃、环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、1,2-环氧丁烷、2,3-环氧丁烷、氧化苯乙烯、或它们的混合物,特别优选环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷。所述的起始剂,优选但不限于多羟基化合物或多胺基化合物,所述多羟基化合物,优选但不限于水、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、二甘醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、双酚A、双酚S或它们的混合物,所述多胺基化合物,优选但不限于乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺、己二胺、二亚乙基三胺、甲苯二胺或它们的混合物。在本发明优选的实施例中,聚醚多元醇,包括第一聚醚多元醇b1)、第二聚醚多元醇b2)、第三聚醚多元醇b3)和第五聚醚多元醇b5),为基于氧化乙烯和/或氧化丙烯的聚醚多元醇。
第一聚醚多元醇b1)为基于氧化丙烯的聚醚多元醇,即用于制备第一聚醚多元醇的烯烃氧化物为环氧丙烷。所述第一聚醚多元醇官能度为2.6-3.2,羟值为120-400mgKOH/g,含量为10-70wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
第二聚醚多元醇b2)含有0-20wt.%的氧化乙烯单元,第二聚醚多元醇的官能度为1.8-3.2,羟值为45-115mgKOH/g。优选地,第二聚醚多元醇b2)的含量为5-60wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
第三聚醚多元醇b3)含有50-100wt.%氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第三聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,所述第三聚醚多元醇的官能度为2-8,羟值为20-240mgKOH/g;优选地,第三聚醚多元醇b3)的含量为5-50wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
本发明提供的多元醇组合物还包含表面活性剂b6),所述表面活性剂的含量为0.01-0.50wt.%,基于所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。所述表面活性剂可以是常用于制备聚氨酯泡沫的那些,在本发明优选的实施例中,表面活性剂b6)选自含有有机硅的表面活性剂,其实例包括但不限于Niax L-618(可购自Momentive公司)和Tegostab B8002(可购自Enovik公司)。
在本发明还一些实施例中,用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含:
b4)单官能聚醚,所述单官能聚醚可以通过一元醇与烯烃氧化物反应制备,所述一元醇可以选自C1-C20的脂肪族或芳香族一元醇,所述烯烃氧化物可以选自氧化乙烯和/或氧化丙烯。单官能聚醚羟值为10-45mgKOH/g,含量为2-25wt.%,基于所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
在本发明还一些实施例中,用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含:
b5)第五聚醚多元醇,所述第五聚醚多元醇含有0-30%wt.%氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第五聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,官能度为2-8,羟值为10-40mgKOH/g。优选地,所述第五聚醚多元醇含量为2-25wt.%,基于所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
在本发明一些实施例中,用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含一种或多种扩链剂,所述扩链剂的实例包括但不限于:乙二醇、1,2-和1,3-丙二醇、1,3-、1,4-和2,3-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,10-癸二醇、新戊二醇、1,3-和1,4-二(羟甲基)环己烷、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、四甘醇、聚乙二醇、双丙甘醇、三丙二醇、聚丙二醇、二丁二醇、三丁二醇、聚丁二醇、N-甲基-二乙醇胺、环己烷二甲醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2,4-三甲基-戊烷-1,3-二醇、1,2-乙二胺、1,3-丙二胺、1,4-丁二胺、1,6-己二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、1,4-环己二胺、N,N’-二乙基-苯基二胺、2,4-二氨基甲苯、2,6-二氨基甲苯。
在本发明一些实施例中,用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还可以包含:发泡剂、催化剂等成分。
本发明所述的发泡剂可以选用各种物理发泡剂或化学发泡剂,优选但不限于水、卤代烃、烃类化合物、气体。所述卤代烃,优选但不限于一氯二氟代甲烷、二氯一氟代甲烷、二氯氟代甲烷、三氯氟代甲烷、或它们的混合物。所述烃类化合物,优选但不限于丁烷、戊烷、环戊烷、己烷、环己烷、庚烷、或它们的混合物。所述气体,优选但不限于空气、CO2、或N2。所述发泡剂,特别优选水。所述发泡剂的用量由所述聚氨酯所期望达到的密度决定。
本发明所述的催化剂,优选但不限于胺类催化剂、有机金属催化剂、或它们的混合物。所述的胺类催化剂,优选但不限于三乙基胺、三丁基胺、三亚乙基二胺、N-乙基吗啉、N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-乙二胺、五甲基二亚乙基-三胺、N,N-甲基苯胺、N,N-二甲基苯胺、或它们的混合物。所述的有机金属催化剂,优选但不限于有机锡类化合物,例如:乙酸锡(II)、辛酸锡(II)、乙基己酸锡、月桂酸锡、二丁基氧化锡、二丁基二氯化锡、二丁基二乙酸锡、二丁基马来酸锡、二辛基二乙酸锡及其组合。
II.网状聚氨酯泡沫
本发明另一方面涉及一种粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,所述粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫通过包含以下的组分制备:
A)异氰酸酯组分,所述异氰酸酯组分包含二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
B)异氰酸酯反应组分,所述异氰酸酯反应组分包含上述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物。
在本发明的实施例中,制备所述网状聚氨酯泡沫的组合物的异氰酸酯指数为70-110,优选为80-105,更优选85-100。异氰酸酯指数(X)通过下式计算:
在本发明一些实施例中,所述异氰酸酯组分A)还包含甲苯二异氰酸酯。
本发明提供的网状聚氨酯泡沫的密度为25-100kg/m3,根据GB/T6343-1995方法进行测试。
本发明提供的网状聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔数为4-40泡孔/25mm。
本发明提供的网状聚氨酯泡沫的透气率大于50L/min,所述透气率基于ASTM D3574-11Test G在压力差为20Pa时测定。
本发明提供的网状聚氨酯泡沫的落球回弹率小于15%,根据GB/T6670-2008方法进行测试。
本发明提供的网状聚氨酯泡沫的回复时间为3-15秒,根据ASTMD3574-11方法进行测试。
本发明的网状聚氨酯泡沫可以作为沙发坐垫、床垫、枕头、地垫、服装垫肩、胸罩棉、鞋垫、鞋舌、鞋沿等,以及防尘面罩、麦克风和汽车排气管等装置和设备的过滤材料、飞机燃油箱用防暴材料、陶瓷过滤材料的基体和泡沫镍基体。
III.网状聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法
本发明还一方面提供了一种制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的方法,该方法包括使异氰酸酯组分A)与异氰酸酯反应组分B)反应的步骤,其中异氰酸酯组分A)与异氰酸酯反应组分B)如上所述,该方法可以直接制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,无需进行另外的网化处理。
本发明的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫可以使用本领域所熟知的方法来制备。所述方法可包括连续或不连续自由发泡块状泡沫方法和塑模泡沫方法。在本发明一个实施例中,将异氰酸酯与异氰酸酯反应组分通过发泡机的混合头连续混合,然后进入溢流到传送机上的槽。或者,将反应混合物直接施用到传送机上。当泡沫沿着传送机下降移动时,泡沫膨胀并发泡,以形成连续的块状泡沫,将所述连续的块状泡沫切割成段或者所需长度的泡沫胶块,用于固化和存储。在固化一天或多天之后,可以将这些泡沫切割成所需形状,用于终端用途。
在不连续方法中,将反应组分通过混合头混合,或者在混合室中混合反应组分。然后将反应混合物施用到合适的容器中,泡沫发生膨胀以形成容器尺寸的泡沫。
本发明的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫还可以通过模塑泡沫方法制备。模塑泡沫方法通常采用一次进料法,其中异氰酸酯组分和异氰酸酯反应组分混合后注入模具,闭模,泡沫膨胀填充模具,形成具有模具的形状和尺寸的网状聚氨酯泡沫。
实施例
在本申请中,除非另有说明,所有份数和百分数分别是重量份数和重量百分数。在本申请使用的原料说明如下:
异氰酸酯1:甲苯二异氰酸酯,NCO为48.3%,官能度为2;
异氰酸酯2:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,其NCO基团含量约为32-33wt.%,官能度约为2.3;
聚醚多元醇1:甘油起始的聚醚多元醇,氧化乙烯单元含量为0%,官能度3,羟值为350mgKOH/g;
聚醚多元醇2:甘油起始的聚醚多元醇,氧化乙烯单元含量为9%,官能度3,羟值为56mgKOH/g;
聚醚多元醇3:丙二醇起始的聚醚多元醇,氧化乙烯单元含量为0%,官能度2,羟值为56mgKOH/g;
聚醚多元醇4:甘油起始的聚醚多元醇,氧化乙烯单元含量为73%,官能度3,羟值为37mgKOH/g;
单官能聚醚5:氧化乙烯单元含量为80%,官能度1,羟值为53mgKOH/g;
聚醚多元醇6:甘油起始的聚醚多元醇,氧化乙烯单元含量为13%,官能度3,羟值为35mgKOH/g;
Niax L-618:表面活性剂,可购自Momentive公司;
Tegostab B8002:表面活性剂,可购自Enovik公司;
Niax A-1:催化剂,可购自Momentive公司;
Dabco 33LV:催化剂,可购自Air Products公司;
将聚醚多元醇、发泡剂、表面活性剂、催化剂和任意其它非异氰酸酯添加剂加入到5L塑料烧杯中。用具有三个叶轮(搅拌头直径约7cm)的搅拌器将反应物在2000rpm的转速下混合30秒。然后加入异氰酸酯组分迅速混合7秒,将混合物倒入发泡盒中,在其中自由发泡,直至完成反应。反应前各原料的温度控制在23±1℃。泡沫在熟化72小时后进行各种性能测试。
泡沫密度根据GB/T 6343-1995方法进行测试。
压陷硬度根据GB/T 10807-2006方法进行测试,样品尺寸380mm×380mm×50mm。
泡孔数为单位直线距离(25mm)上泡孔的个数。
落球回弹率根据GB/T6670-2008方法进行测试。
泡沫复原时间根据ASTM D3574-11Test M方法进行测试。
透气率通过如下方法测试:在本申请中,透气率根据ASTM D3574-11Test G测试,维持泡沫两侧的空气压力差为20Pa,测量单位时间透过泡沫样品的空气量即为透气率。
拉伸强度根据GB/T 6344-2008方法进行测试。
断裂伸长率根据GB/T 6344-2008方法进行测试。
表1说明了网状软质粘弹性聚氨酯泡沫的配方及其制备的泡沫的性能。

从表1的配方及其制备的泡沫的性能可以看出,通过本申请的技术方案可以直接制备的聚氨酯泡沫具有较大的泡孔孔径、高透气率和良好的粘弹性的网状聚氨酯泡沫,而无需发泡后的网化处理。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物包含:
b1)第一聚醚多元醇,所述第一聚醚多元醇为基于氧化丙烯的聚醚多元醇,所述第一聚醚多元醇官能度为2.6-3.2,羟值为120-400mgKOH/g,含量为10-70wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计;
b2)第二聚醚多元醇,所述第二聚醚多元醇含有0-20wt.%的氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第二聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,所述第二聚醚多元醇的官能度为1.8-3.2,羟值为45-115mgKOH/g;
b3)第三聚醚多元醇,所述第三聚醚多元醇含有50-100wt.%氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第三聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,所述第三聚醚多元醇的官能度为2-8,羟值为20-240mgKOH/g计;和
b6)表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂的含量为0.01-0.50wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述第二聚醚多元醇b2)的含量为5-60wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述第三聚醚多元醇b3)的含量为5-50wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含:
b4)单官能聚醚,所述单官能聚醚羟值为10-45mgKOH/g,含量为2-25wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含:
b5)第五聚醚多元醇,所述第五聚醚多元醇中含有0-30%wt.%氧化乙烯单元,基于所述第五聚醚多元醇总重量按100wt.%计,官能度为2-8,羟值为10-40mgKOH/g。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述第五聚醚多元醇b5)的含量为2-25wt.%,基于所述多元醇组合物总重量按100wt.%计。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物,其中所述用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物还包含一种或多种扩链剂。
8.一种粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,所述粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫通过包含以下的组分制备:
A)异氰酸酯组分,所述异氰酸酯组分包含二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
B)异氰酸酯反应组分,所述异氰酸酯反应组分包含根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,其中所述异氰酸酯组分还包含甲苯二异氰酸酯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫,其中所述粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的落球回弹率小于15%,根据GB/T6670-2008方法进行测试。
11.一种粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,所述方法包括使包含以下组分反应的步骤:
A)异氰酸酯组分,所述异氰酸酯组分包含二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
B)异氰酸酯反应组分,所述异氰酸酯反应组分包含根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于制备粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇组合物。
12.根据权利要求11所述的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其中所述异氰酸酯组分还包含甲苯二异氰酸酯。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的粘弹性网状聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其中所述方法不包括化学腐蚀或***处理的步骤。
