Abstract

El propósito de la presente invención es obtener un método para formar una excelente película de recubrimiento de capas múltiples de alto croma y brillo y rico en color; con el método, no ocurre fácilmente moteado de color en la película de recubrimiento y el diseño que se obtiene es homogéneo incluso sin un estricto control de las variaciones en el espesor de la película durante el recubrimiento; el método para formar la excelente película de recubrimiento de capas múltiples comprende: formar una película de recubrimiento de base metálica en la superficie del objeto que se va a recubrir al aplicar un recubrimiento de base metálica que contiene un material brillante; luego formar una película de recubrimiento de base de color al aplicar un recubrimiento de base de color; posteriormente formar una película de recubrimiento transparente al aplicar un recubrimiento transparente en la película de recubrimiento de base de color; y calentar-curar la película de recubrimiento de base metálica, la película de recubrimiento de base de color y la película de recubrimiento transparente obtenidas; en el método, la reflectancia de luz de la película de recubrimiento de base metálica está en una escala especificada y la transmitancia de luz de la película de recubrimiento de base de color única obtenida por calor-curado de la película de recubrimiento de base de color como una película única se ajusta a la escala especificada.
