Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a la manufacturación de una almohadilla de contacto eléctrico, que incluye un montaje de almohadilla y al menos una capa de contacto, y sin embargo se refiere a un método para manufacturación de un contacto eléctrico, que incluye un montaje de contacto y al menos una capa de contacto. Los métodos incluyen una etapa de depositar, por medio de rocío dinámico de gas frío, un primer polvo sobre la almohadilla o montaje de contacto para así formar la capa de contacto, un primer polvo que contiene al menos partículas que incluyen granos elaborados de al menos un material refractario, los granos se acumulan en una matriz elaborada de metal conductor seleccionado de entre plata o cobre. La invención también se refiere a las almohadillas y a los contactos eléctricos obtenidos en los métodos de manufacturación respectivos.
