Abstract
Este método de fabricación de núcleos unidos y apilados es un método para fabricar un núcleo unido y apilado realizando un trabajo de prensa sobre una lámina de acero en forma de tira con un aceite de trabajo de prensa aplicado a una superficie o ambas superficies de la misma, aplicando un adhesivo anaeróbico y un adhesivo instantáneo a una superficie de la lámina de acero en forma de tira para obtener una pluralidad de componentes de la lámina de acero, y apilando y uniendo los componentes de la lámina de acero, en donde una capa aceleradora de curado se forma aplicando un acelerador de curado de adhesivo anaeróbico y un acelerador de curado de adhesivo instantáneo a una superficie o ambas superficies de la lámina de acero en forma de tira antes de aplicar el aceite de trabajo de prensa, y secando el acelerador de curado de adhesivo y el acelerador de curado de adhesivo instantáneo.
