Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir espumas rígidas de poliisocianurato, en donde (a) poliisocianato aromático, (b) compuestos reactivos con isocianato que comprenden al menos un polieterol (b1) y/o poliesterol (b2), en donde el contenido promedio en número de átomos de hidrógeno reactivos con isocianato de los componentes (b1) y (b2) es de al menos 1.7, (c) catalizador, (d) agentes de soplado, (e) pirorretardantes, (f) opcionalmente sustancias auxiliares y aditivas y (g) opcionalmente compuestos que tienen grupos hidrófobos alifáticos y que no se encuadran dentro de la definición de compuestos (a) a (f) se mezclan para obtener una mezcla de reacción y se deja que se curen para obtener una espuma rígida de poliisocianurato, en donde el agente de soplado (d) comprende al menos un compuesto de hidrocarburo halogenado alifático (d1) compuesto por 2 a 5 átomos de carbono, al menos un átomo de hidrógeno y al menos un átomo de flúor y/o cloro, y el compuesto (d1) comprende al menos un enlace doble carbono-carbono y un compuesto de hidrocarburo que tiene de 4 a 8 átomos de carbono (d2) y la proporción molar del compuesto de hidrocarburo halogenado (d1) es de entre 20 y 60% molar y la proporción molar del compuesto de hidrocarburo (d2) es de entre 40 y 80% molar, en cada caso en función del contenido total de los agentes de soplado (d1) y (d2), y los componentes (b) a (f) pueden comprender compuestos que tienen grupos hidrófobos alifáticos, y el contenido de los grupos hidrófobos alifáticos, en función del peso total de los componentes (b) a (g), no es mayor de 4.0% en peso, y la mezcla para obtener la mezcla de reacción se lleva a cabo a un índice de isocianato de al menos 240. La presente invención se refiere además a una espuma rígida de poliisocianurato que se puede obtener mediante un proceso de acuerdo con la invención.
