Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of bioactive compositions and their application in controlling phytopathogenic nematodes present in plant crops of economic interest and as biostimulants. Also, it aims to describe a process for obtaining bioactive formulations and its use for the control of phytopathogenic nematodes, in addition to the biostimulation of plants of economic interest, whose active base is vegetative or resistance forms, particularly a strain of Bacillus Paralicheniformis or its metabolites or mixtures of both. It consists of producing inoculum of Bacillus Paralicheniformis TB197 vegetative cells or endospores, massive propagation of its vegetative cells and endospores to produce metabolites, separation, and concentration of the vegetative cells, endospores, and their metabolites, stabilization of the first phase by reducing the water activity or drying, purification of its metabolites, particularly cyclic lipopeptides with nematicidal action, stabiliz ation of the alcoholic solution with lipopeptides cyclical nematicides, and obtaining nematicidal bioactive formulations and plant biostimulants. Also, the said formulation has a minimum effective dose for controlling nematodes of the bioactive formulations obtained of up to 100 billion to 300 billion endospores per treated hectare, while in the case of formulations containing lipo-peptides, it is of up 2000mg to 3000mg per hectare treated.
