Abstract
Esta solicitud proporciona un método, aparato y dispositivo de codificación y decodificación. El método comprende: si la información característica de un bloque actual cumple una condición específica, realizar los siguientes pasos para adquirir un valor de predicción objetivo del bloque actual o un subbloque del bloque actual: determinar un primer valor de predicción original con base en primera información de movimiento unidireccional del bloque actual, y determinar un segundo valor de predicción original con base en una segunda información de movimiento unidireccional del bloque actual; determinar una velocidad horizontal con base en el primer valor de predicción original y el segundo valor de predicción original; determinar una velocidad vertical con base en el primer valor de predicción original y el segundo valor de predicción original; adquirir un valor de compensación de predicción con base en la velocidad horizontal y la velocidad vertical; y adquirir el valor de predicción objetivo con base en el primer valor de predicción original, el segundo valor de predicción original y el valor de compensación de predicción. Por medio de la solución técnica de la presente solicitud, se puede mejorar el rendimiento de codificación.
