Una terminal (200) se provee con: una unidad de mapeo (207) para asignar una señal a un recurso con base en información de control que indica la asignación de grupos entre una pluralidad de grupos obtenidos al agrupar una pluralidad de bloques en los cuales ha sido dividida una banda de frecuencia y la asignación de recursos en los bloques; y una unidad de transmisión (209) para transmitir la señal.
