Abstract
La presente invención es un método para fracturar un componente de metal en el que se incluye un componente de metal 1, B que incluye un orificio de paso predeterminado 5a, y las porciones de ranura 17 que continúan desde un primer extremo abierto a un segundo extremo abierto del orificio de paso se forman en posiciones orientadas en una superficie circunferencial interna del orificio de paso, de forma tal que el componente de metal es capaz de ser fracturado desde las porciones de ranura, el método incluye: especificar posiciones d, d1, d2, en las que se concentra un esfuerzo cuando se inicia la fractura de los componentes de metal, en las porciones de ranura del componente de metal; formar porciones de concentración de esfuerzo 19 en posiciones en porciones de abajo de las porciones de ranura que corresponden a las posiciones especificadas de forma tal que las posiciones especificadas en las porciones de ranura se hacen servir como puntos de inicio de ruptura; y causar agrietamiento S1 en las porciones de concentración de esfuerzo 19 en las porciones de ranura antes que en cada porción de las porciones de ranura cuando se inicia la fractura del componente de metal y causar que el agrietamiento S2 se desarrolle desde cada porción de las porciones de ranura.
