Abstract
Un objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar una lámina de acero delgada que tiene una tensión de rotura (TS) de 980 MPa o más, buenas propiedades de superficie, una buena forma de lámina de acero, y buena resistencia a la fatiga y un método para la fabricación de la misma. Una lámina de acero delgada de conformidad con la presente invención tiene una composición de componentes específica y una estructura de acero que tiene una fracción de área de ferrita de 30% o menos (incluido 0%), una fracción de área de bainita de 5% o menos (incluido 0%), una fracción de área de martensita y martensita revenida de 70% o más (incluido 100%), y una fracción de área de austenita retenida de 2.0% o menos (incluido 0%), y en la cual la relación de la densidad de dislocaciones en el intervalo de 0 µm a 20 µm desde una superficie de la lámina de acero con respecto a la densidad de dislocaciones de una porción central de espesor total de la lámina de acero es de 90% a 110% y el promedio del 10% superior de los tamaños de granos de cementita ubicados a una profundidad de hasta 100 µm desde una superficie de la lámina de acero es de 300 nm o menos. La combadura máxima de la lámina de acero cortada a una longitud de 1 m en una dirección longitudinal de la lámina de acero es de 15 mm o menos.
