Abstract
Método para construir un neumático crudo que comprende: un tambor de conformación (3), al menos un aparato de alimentación (14) configurado para suministrar producto semiacabado elemental (8) con un brazo robotizado antropomórfico (16) asociado a dicho tambor de conformación (3), enviar comandos de movimiento (MC) a dicho brazo robotizado antropomórfico (16) para mover dicho tambor de conformación (3) en una zona de trabajo (WZ), estando definida dicha zona de trabajo (WZ) en un área de salida (OUT) donde dicho producto semiacabado elemental (8) sale de dicho aparato de alimentación (14), moviéndose dicho tambor de conformación (3) en dicha zona de trabajo (WZ) mientras dicho aparato de alimentación (14) suministra dicho producto semiacabado elemental (8), de modo que dicho producto semiacabado elemental (8) se coloca sobre dicho tambor de conformación (3) en bobinas dispuestas una al lado de la otra o superpuestas al menos parcialmente entre si para fabricar al menos un componente de un neumático crudo de un modelo de neumático dado; El envio de dichos comandos de movimiento (MC) a dicho brazo robotizado antropomórfico (16) que comprende: determinar las coordenadas objetivo (TC) asociadas con al menos un componente de dicho neumático crudo, para dicho brazo robotizado antropomórfico (16) con el fin de mover dich tambor de conformación (3) en dicha zona de trabajo (WZ); recuperar de un área de memoria (M) una función de corrección (CF) asociada con dicho brazo robotizado antropomórfico (16) y dicha zona de trabajo (WZ); modificar dichas coordenadas objetivo (PC) mediante dicha función de corrección (CF), obteniendo así coordenadas procesadas (PC); utilizando dichas coordenadas procesadas (PC) para dichos comandos de movimiento (MC). También se describe una estación de trabajo para el depósito de productos semiacabados elementales para la construcción de neumáticos crudos, que opera de acuerdo con dicho método.
