Abstract
La invención se refiere a una aleación de cobre que tiene la siguiente composición (en% en peso) Zn: 17 a 20.5%, Ni: 17 a 23%, Mn: 8 a 11.5%, opcionalmente hasta 4% Cr, opcionalmente hasta 5.5 % Fe, opcionalmente hasta 0.5% Ti, opcionalmente hasta 0.15% B, opcionalmente hasta 0.1% Ca, opcionalmente hasta 1.0% Pb, que equilibran cobre e impurezas inevitables, donde la proporción de cobre es al menos 45% en peso, la relación de la proporción de Ni a la proporción de Mn es de al menos 1.7 y en donde la aleación tiene una microestructura que comprende inclusiones de MnNi y precipitados de MnNh.
