Abstract
Se proporciona un escareador cónico con el que es posible lograr una mejora en la precisión del maquinado y en la vida útil de maquinado. El escareador cónico comprende una pluralidad de bordes cortantes 11, 12, 13, cada uno con una forma helicoidal proporcionada en la periferia exterior de una porción de borde cortante 3 que tiene un diámetro exterior que se expande desde un extremo frontal hacia un extremo posterior del mismo, en donde un ángulo entre dientes ?1, ?2, ?3, definido entre cada par de bordes cortantes 11, 12, 13 que se dispone adyacentemente en una dirección circunferencial, es diferente uno de otro en cualquier posición de referencia dada, y en donde la pluralidad de bordes cortantes 11, 12, 13 tienen cada uno un ángulo helicoidal a1, a2, a3 que es diferente uno de otro. Como la pluralidad de bordes cortantes 11, 12, 13 que se separan de manera desigual tienen cada uno el ángulo helicoidal a1, a2, a3 que es diferente uno de otro, puede evitarse la resonancia durante el corte. Además, se forma una estría de eliminación de virutas entre cada par de bordes cortantes 11, 12, 13 dispuestos de manera adyacente en la dirección circunferencial, y al menos uno de los ángulos entre dientes ?2 se define para disminuir desde el extremo frontal hacia el extremo posterior, mientras que los ángulos restantes entre dientes ?1 y ?3 se definen para aumentar desde el extremo frontal hacia el extremo posterior.
