Abstract

La invención tiene el propósito de proporcionar un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que tiene alta resistencia con un límite elástico de 862 MPa (125 ksi) o más, excelente tenacidad a baja temperatura con una energía de absorción vE-40 de 40 J o más según lo medido mediante un ensayo de impacto Charpy a una temperatura de ensayo de -40°C, y excelente resistencia a la corrosión. La invención también tiene el propósito de proporcionar un método para la fabricación de un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia de este tipo. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia tiene una microestructura que es por lo menos 45% de fase de martensita revenida, 20 a 40% de fase de ferrita, y más de 10% y 25% o menos de fase de austenita retenida en volumen. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia tiene un límite elástico de 862 MPa o más, y un diámetro máximo de grano de cristal de 500 µm o menos para granos de cristal de ferrita cuando granos de cristal con una diferencia de orientación de cristal dentro de 15° se definen como los mismos granos de cristal.
