Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de ajuste, así como también a un método para ajustar la presión de contacto aplicada a una correa tangencial por un rodillo tensor de correa de una máquina de hilado entre los rotores de dos cajas de hilatura vecinas. Proponer un dispositivo de ajuste que permite un ajuste rápido y sencillo sin largas interrupciones de servicio así como también una operación de una máquina de hilado con menor desgaste de la unidad de accionamiento de correa tangencial y un menor consumo de energía de la máquina de hilado, el dispositivo de ajuste comprende una plantilla de medición para medir la presión de contacto del rodillo tensor de correa, la plantilla de medición tiene dos placas de montaje de rotor con puntos de colocación para la referencia a las posiciones de rotor y una sonda de medición con un punto de medición colocado entre ambos puntos de posición. Las dos placas de montaje de rotor se colocan en una dirección opuesta a la sonda de medición para asegurar la posición de la plantilla de medición contra la presión del rodillo tensor de correa aplicada a la sonda de medición en el punto de medición. El dispositivo de ajuste comprende además una plantilla de ajuste para ajustar la presión de contacto del rodillo tensor de correa, la plantilla de ajuste tiene al menos dos elementos de colocación para instalar la plantilla de ajuste a la máquina de hilado, en particular a una pared de la caja de hilatura opuesta a la posición del rodillo tensor de correa y o la plantilla de medición, así como también tiene un mecanismo de ajuste para ajustar la presión de contacto del rodillo tensor de correa utilizando una herramienta.
