Abstract

Un primer aspecto de la invención se refiere a un motor de combustión interna de tipo pistón recíproco, cuya cabeza de cilindro (1) tiene una válvula de entrada (3) que puede suministrarse con aire de combustión desde una línea de entrada (4) de un cilindro (2) conectado a la válvula de entrada (3), que comprende un acumulador de presión (5), del cual un medio adicional que promueve la combustión en el cilindro (2) se puede suministrar al cilindro (2) de manera controlada, y una boquilla de inyección (7), a través de la cual se puede inyectar combustible al cilindro (2). El medio adicional es una mezcla de aire / combustible de combustión de acuerdo con la invención. El acumulador de presión (5) está conectado a la boquilla de inyección (7) que tiene una aguja de boquilla (6), y el medio adicional se puede introducir en el cilindro (2) de manera controlada por medio de la boquilla de inyección (7). Un segundo aspecto de la invención se refiere a un método para introducir adicionalmente un medio adicional que promueve la combustión en el cilindro de un motor de combustión interna en el cilindro de un motor de tipo pistón recíproco, siendo suministrado dicho medio a través de una boquilla de inyección.
