Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a un anticuerpo que penetra el citosol y su uso, y más específicamente a la identificación de un mecanismo estructural que induce el escape de los endosomas al citosol después de la internalización celular en células vivas a través de una proteína de membrana celular, una región variable de la cadena ligera y/o una región variable de la cadena pesada, que se basa en esta identificación y tiene una capacidad significativamente mejorada para escapar de los endosomas en el citosol, un anticuerpo que penetra el citosol que comprende el mismo, un método para producir el mismo y su uso.
