Abstract

Con el fin de incrementar la adhesión de un recubrimiento aislante (2) a un conductor eléctrico (1), de preferencia de cobre o aluminio, un conductor eléctrico aislado que comprende un conductor eléctrico (1), de preferencia hecho de cobre o aluminio, con un recubrimiento aislante (2) se propone de acuerdo con la invención, en donde el recubrimiento aislante (2) ya sea que comprende por lo menos una capa aislante (3) hecha de material termoplástico, o la capa aislante (3) y una capa intermedia que contiene plástico (4, 5), que se puede obtener por un método en el cual el conductor eléctrico (1) se coloca bajo una atmósfera de gas protector y se bombardea con iones del gas protector en un plasma de gas con el fin de remover una capa de óxido formada sobre una superficie del conductor eléctrico (1) y/o para incrementar la energía de superficie del conductor eléctrico (1), y subsecuentemente ya sea que la por lo menos una capa aislante (3) o, en el caso de que el recubrimiento (2) comprenda la capa intermedia que contiene plástico (4, 5), por lo menos la capa intermedia que contiene plástico (4, 5) se aplica directamente a la superficie del conductor eléctrico (1) bajo una atmósfera de gas protector.
