Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un montaje de control de la bomba para controlar una bomba hidráulica de desplazamiento variable que incluye un carrete montado dentro de un bloque de válvula. El carrete se configura para moverse entre una primera y una segunda posición dentro del bloque de válvula para controlar selectivamente el desplazamiento de la bomba conectada. El montaje de control de la bomba incluye además una primera y una segunda cámaras, cada una de las cuales aplica una fuerza a los extremos opuestos del carrete. La primera cámara se coloca en un primer extremo del carrete en comunicación fluida con un puerto de salida de la bomba. La segunda cámara se coloca en un segundo extremo de la bobina y en comunicación fluida con un puerto de tanque hidráulico y una válvula reductora de presión proporcional. La segunda cámara también incluye un pistón y un primer y segundo resortes colocados a cada lado del pistón. La válvula reductora de presión proporcional proporciona una presión regulada a un primer lado del pistón junto con el primer resorte, y el puerto del tanque hidráulico proporciona una presión del tanque en el lado opuesto del pistón junto con el segundo resorte. El montaje de control de la bomba también incluye una estructura de detención que tiene un tope positivo que limita el movimiento del pistón en una dirección hacia la primera cámara.
