Abstract

Se proporciona una hoja de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia que tiene una composición química que consiste, como % en masa, C: 0.050 a 0.40%, Si: 0.01 a 3.0%, Mn: 1.0 a 5.0%, sol. Al: 0.001 a 1.0%, Ti: 0.005 a 0.20%, B: 0.0005 a 0.010%, P: 0.1% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos, O: 0.1% o menos, N: 0.01% o menos, Cr: 0 a 1.0%, Mo: 0 a 1.0%, Ni: 0 a 1.0%, Cu: 0 a 1.0%, Sn: 0 a 0.50%, Nb: 0 a 0.20%, V: 0 a 0.50%, W: 0 a 0.50%, Ca: 0 a 0.01%, Mg: 0 a 0.01%, Bi: 0 a 0.01%, Sb: 0 a 0.10%, Zr: 0 a 0.01%, y REM: 0 a 0.01%, siendo el balance Fe e impurezas, y que satisface las fórmulas [sol. Bs/B = 0.50] y [sol. Bq/B > 0.50] (en donde, B: cantidad de B en el acero; sol. Bs: cantidad de B soluble en una porción de capa superficial del acero; y sol. Bq: cantidad de B soluble en la parte interna del acero).
