Abstract

La invención se refiere a una placa de hueso (1) con al menos una abertura de recepción (2) para un tornillo óseo (3) con una cabeza de tornillo (4), en donde la abertura de recepción (2) tiene un área de compresión (5) con un contorno de compresión (6) y un área de bloqueo (7) con un contorno de bloqueo (8), en donde el contorno de compresión (6) está diseñado y acomodado en una forma en que una rotación del tornillo óseo (3) en su dirección de atornillado (E) provoca un movimiento lateral del tornillo óseo (3) en la dirección del área de bloqueo (7); el contorno de compresión (6) está diseñado como un contorno de acoplamiento (6), de manera que el movimiento lateral puede ser generado al menos parcialmente, en particular completamente, por acoplamiento entre el contorno de acoplamiento (6) y un contorno de emparejamiento (9) en la cabeza de tornillo (4) o sobre una herramienta de atornillado; la invención además se refiere a un equipo quirúrgico que contiene al menos dicha placa de hueso (1) y al menos un tornillo óseo (3) con una cabeza de tornillo (4), donde el tornillo óseo (3) puede ser insertado en al menos una de las aberturas de recepción (2) de la placa de hueso (1).
