Abstract

La invención se refiere a métodos para tratar inflamación intestinal crónica y/o enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal al administrar un antagonista de oncostatina-M (OSM) y/o receptor-ß de OSM (OSMR). La invención también se refiere a métodos para diagnosticar o pronosticar inflamación intestinal crónica y/o enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal en un individuo y para predecir si un individuo responderá o no a una terapia anti-TNFa.
