Abstract

Se describen los métodos para identificación de probabilidad de resultados de salud tal como el desarrollo de una afección medica usando el historial de salud de individuos genéticamente relacionados. Las modalidades incluyen: recibir un primer conjunto de datos genéticos asociados con el sujeto humano; comparar el primer conjunto de datos genéticos con una pluralidad de conjuntos de datos genéticos de una pluralidad de otros individuos; identificar de la comparación una red familiar que comprende individuos genéticamente relacionados al sujeto humano según lo definido por la identidad del descendiente; recibir un conjunto de datos de historial de salud para cada individuo y cada individuo en la red familiar; analizar el conjunto de datos de historial de salud para generar un registro de resultados de salud para el sujeto humano, el registro de resultados de salud siendo una medición de riesgo para el sujeto humano para desarrollar unos resultados de salud predefinido que está asociado con el registro de resultados de salud; y reportar el registro de resultados de salud.
