Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para determinar el resultado de enfermedad o el pronóstico de un paciente diagnosticado con mieloma múltiple al clasificar al paciente en una categoría de alto riesgo o de bajo riesgo, el método comprende las etapas de -determinar el nivel de expresión en una muestra del paciente de cada gen individual del conjunto de 92 genes de acuerdo con la tabla 1 en la muestra y -clasificar al sujeto en una categoría de alto riesgo o de bajo riesgo utilizando los niveles de expresión génica del conjunto de 92 genes de acuerdo con la tabla 1.
