Abstract
Una composición catalítica útil para la conversión de una olefina seleccionada del grupo que consiste de propileno, isobutileno o mezclas de los mismos, a acrilonitrilo, metacrilonitrilo y mezclas de los mismos. La composición catalítica comprende un complejo de óxidos metálicos que comprenden bismuto, molibdeno, hierro, cerio y otros promotores, en donde la relación de bismuto a relación de cerio en la composición es mayor que o igual a 0.45 y menor que o igual a 1.5.
